That’s all the bill says too. What exactly is that? She signed a book deal, and a movie deal. What kind of relief is this for?
H.R.3097 : To provide for equitable compensation to the Spokane Tribe of Indians of the Spokane Reservation for the use of tribal land for the production of hydropower by the Grand Coulee Dam, and for other purposes.
Isn’t this WA state’s job?
H.R.955 : To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 10355 Northeast Valley Road in Rollingbay, Washington, as the “John ‘Bud’ Hawk Post Office”.
Why do we need a bill to change the name of a post office? Why do we need to change the name of a post office?
Doesn’t he have anything better to do? The rest of his bills all have to do with cap and trade. Except for this;
H.R.411 : To assist in the conservation of rare felids and rare canids by supporting and providing financial resources for the conservation programs of nations within the range of rare felid and rare canid populations and projects of persons with demonstrated expertise in the conservation of rare felid and rare canid populations.
Felids are wild cats, such as tigers etc., and canids are wild dogs, wolves, etc.. Is this really the time? $5 million a year for the next 5 years. And $100K for administrative costs. PEOPLE ARE OUT OF WORK!!!! Our congress needs to somehow justify their $174K a year salaries. They seem to forget that their job is to make legislation that upholds our constitution and keeps our freedoms. The Constitution!! Maybe they all need to be sent a copy.
